Family Transitions Education Courses

Most people know that forgiving others is necessary and helpful, but often, because of myths and misinformation, they do not want to forgive, or feel they are not able to do so.  The truth about forgiving, however, is liberating, freeing, and incredibly healing.  This course teaches people how to truly forgive and let go of past hurts, thus truly releasing us from the grasp of those who have hurt us.

It doesn't take most people very long to think of someone in their life whom they consider to be difficult.  It could be a relative, a coworker, a neighbor, or even a spouse.  Dealing with difficult people can be extremely costly and very taxing on each of us emotionally.  But there are skills that empower us each to handle the difficult behaviors that these individuals bring to the table.
