We are so pleased to have Sarah Campbell working with us. Sarah earned her Master's degree in Social Work from University of Utah in 2016 after completing her Bachelors in Behavioral Science emphasis in Social Work at Utah Valley University in 2011.
Upon completing her Bachelors, Sarah worked as a Bereavement Coordinator for a local hospice company where she assisted in providing education and support to families through the grief process. Since completing her Masters, Sarah has worked in many capacities which included Case/Care Management at Utah Valley Hospital, Crisis management, Home Health and Hospice and private practice.
Sarah uses a client-centered approach and works with the individual to identify personalized goals. Other therapeutic strategies used are: cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution focused brief therapy, mindfulness, mind-body bridging, and motivational interviewing. Sarah has experience working with depression, anxiety, ADHD, crisis intervention, life transition, stress, low self-worth, anger management, grief and loss, trauma, marital challenges, mood disorders, psychotic disorders and personality disorders. Sarah has focused her attention on working with the adult and adolescent population.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. Sarah loves reading, relaxing on her back patio, spending time with family and friends, and trips to disneyland
