Cassaundra is a licensed clinical social worker and received a bachelors degree in social work from BYU in 2004 and her MSW degree from the University of Denver in 2008. She also has an associates degree and a 1-year certificate of Early Childhood Education/Family Studies from UVU which she obtained in 2002.
Since obtaining her masters degree in 2008 Cassaundra has worked at the Alpine Academy and Utah Youth Village in Erda, Utah, working as a RTC therapist with adolescent girls. Cassaundra also has several certifications and specialized experience in areas of clinical expertise such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), QPR Gatekeeper Training (suicide prevention), crisis intervention training, Safety Net Mentor Program training, has a certification in EMDR, and is a licensed Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistics Programming.
